2 tbsp. raisins
Lunch:
NS Three Cheese Pasta with Chicken (a little soupy, but the taste was very good)
1 cup raw carrots with 2 tbsp. fat free dressing
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 slices low fat, low sodium ham
Dinner:
NS Chili with Beans (delicious!)
Romaine lettuce with 2 tbsp. fat free dressing
1 cup raw broccoli with 2 tbsp. fat free dressing
3 prunes
10 peanuts
Dessert:
NS Double Chocolate Almond Cookie (delicious!)
